Coaching is an interactive experience where we discover your goals and your passions and use them to help you travel down a path to the life you want.

The time that your coaching process will take depends on the complexity of your goals and your commitment and openness to your process. 


Most commonly, life coaching sessions last between 45 minutes and 60 minutes, some coaches may provide shorter (30 minutes) or longer sessions (2 hours or more). Pure coaches commonly provide coaching over the phone. Face to face, email and Skype sessions are also provided by some coaches.


During the session, your life coach will ask you what you want for your life, what areas you’re unhappy with and where you’d like to see yourself getting to. Your life coach will ask certain questions to help you consider your situation and options for growth. Once your goals are clarified, your life coach will work collaboratively to help you explore how to make positive changes in your life, which will lead you towards your chosen goals. Sessions are confidential, allowing you to explore your thoughts and feelings privately.


Much of my coaching takes place online over Skype or Zoom as I coach people from around the world.


Locally, online coaching has been one of the most effective and convenient ways for individuals to take time out from their busy schedules.


For people living in the London area, I offer face-to-face coaching that can take place either in a coffee shop or outside in nature.

that need the attention first. You may work with one to improve your business, start a new

entrepreneurial endeavour, improve your health through diet and exercise or improve your

they are all connected to your ultimate well-being.


When you look at the life coach definition we shared above, you’ll notice it does not restrict life coaches to only helping those in crisis or those who are not achieving enough. Unlike therapy, life coaching is meant to help a wide variety of people – including those who are already running successful businesses, are healthy or who have thriving relationships. dependent on her opinions or advice. Instead, she will create self-empowerment so that you will be able to make changes on your own.


When you have your consultation with Naz you work out a plan together as to the areas you feel you need some focus. At the end of each session you will be given some homework and at the start of each session you will touch base in regard to were you feel you are at and if you need more sessions.


In simple terms, most forms of therapy, including counseling, focus on ‘what has happened’. They are concerned with ‘the problem’ and with regaining mental balance and perspective. Coaching focuses on what is possible. It is future focused, action oriented and supportive in helping clients move towards their goals.
